    Please join the Dominican Day Parade on June 23rd and June 24th at the 6th Health and Fitness Expo. You will enjoy activities for the entire family along with receiving free health screenings. – Please stop by the Dominican Day Parade exhibition table to obtain information about upcoming activities including registering for the Guinness Book of World Record merengue event.

    We will also have a few surprises including raffle opportunities leading to the Dominican Day Parade on August 12th 2018.

    The 6th Annual NBC 4 & Telemundo 47 Health & Fitness Expo presented by Quest Diagnostics is a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly health and fitness weekend event held at MetLife Stadium. This free, non-ticketed event is open to the general public. The event is aimed at motivating people to engage in a healthy lifestyle within their community.

    • NBC 4 New York and Telemundo 47 news personalities will be on site to sign autographs and take photos. Additionally, visitors to the Weather Activation center can step in front of the green screen to give their best weather report!
    • In addition to large-scale fitness classes taking place throughout the stadium, the Expo offers a Healthy Cooking Stage where celebrity chefs put on healthy cooking demos for the crowd.
    • Extra perks the whole family can enjoy include free zip lining, rock climbing and visiting dozens of non-profit partners that support our local communities.

    Transportation and directions:

    • Take the bus from Port Authority in NYC or from Secaucus Junctionin NJ.
    The 351 Bus Service will run hourly on Saturday, June 23 and Sunday, June 24 from 9 AM to 4 PM.

    • The buses will go fromport Authority Bus terminal to MetLife Stadium Lot K, and willbe located in Gates 410-413 at the Port Authority. www.351express.com

    • Additionally, NJ TRANSIT will operate bus service from Secaucus Junction to MetLife Stadium.

    • Parking and admission are free
